OpenCube software is free to use if the branding box is not disabled (see the license terms for complete details). The box appears for 5 seconds the first time a user finishes interacting with a widget or menu. See it in action on the NodeFire or QuickMenu pages.
Branding box removal rights for individual domain names are available for purchase. Your domain will be added to our internal brand removal rights database and we will provide you with an undocumented method for disabling the box with your current download.
Your use of the OpenCube software (referred to in this document as the "software") with the branding box disabled is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and OpenCube Inc. (www.opencube.com). This agreement is referred to as the "Terms".
In order to use the software with the branding removed you must agree to the terms and pay OpenCube Inc. for the right to do so. You can accept the Terms by clicking 'I Accept' before proceeding with the checkout process. By clicking 'I Agree' and / or using the software with the branding removed you agree to pay OpenCube Inc. a one time fee equal to the current license rate (see below) and you further agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.
Brand removed OpenCube software is limited to the domain you register / purchase rights for with OpenCube Inc. (www.opencube.com). Domain use may include any folder location or sub domain of the root registered domain. Use with the branding box removed on mirror domains or web sites you own with different domain names requires the purchase of additional brand removal rights.
The branding MAY NOT be removed and re-distributed, or included as part of a re-distributed application that runs on a local computer. Local intranet sites which serve multiple users must purchase seperate brand removal rights under the private domain used to access the software.
The software MAY NOT be re-branded under any circumstance. Identifying the software with a product name other than OpenCube is a breach of Copyright law and violates the terms of this agreement.
By agreeing to these terms you also agree to the general free use terms presented when downloading the software from OpenCube (http://www.opencube.com/download.asp), with the exception of language requiring the display of the branding box.
You agree to maintain the software copyright identification which is included at the top of the software JavaScript files or saved within the generated source files. Removal of the Copyright notice is restricted by law and is a breach of these terms.
